Delivery Information 

When will my order be dispatched? We ship orders Monday-Friday! If the order is placed before 10am GMT, it will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next working day. All orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Mondays. 

Please note: Same/next day dispatch is not guaranteed during busier periods for the store and could take up to 1-3 business days. 

What delivery provider do you use? All of our deliveries are made with An Post (www.anpost.com) and we offer fully protected & insured tracked fast shipping. 

** PLEASE NOTE ** If ordering from outside of Ireland or the EU, you may be subject to import duties or customs tax which is not calculated into the price of your order/shipping price with Collective Card Company. This is subject to the discretion of your own region's customs procedures. Any unpaid or rejected customs/tax fees on orders placed with Collective Card Company will result in the order being returned to us to be processed for a full refund of the product only. We will not refund the original shipping fee.

Where is Collective Card Company located? We are located in the midlands of Ireland and our head office is based in Mullingar! 

Can I request specific items not available on the store? If you would like to reach out to us about any card, game or specific item that we do not currently stock - we would love to do our best to help get it in your hands. We do not offer returns or refunds on any products. All sales are final.
